In this fertile land, kissed by the sun and nourished by volcanic soils, plums, kiwis, mandalas, peaches, pears and selected varieties of grapes such as Falanghina, Primitivo, Barbera telesino and Aglianico as well as nectarines flourish. Red plums

The red plums of Vitis Aurunca, varieties such as Dofi Sandra and Hiromi Red, are small works of art of nature. Harvested from the end of May until the heart of summer, these plums have a fleshy pulp that captures the essence of summer days. Black Splendor and Crimson Glo, with their intense and juicy pulp, are fruits that tell of fresh dawns and fiery sunsets, thanks to their ability to retain the sun's rays in every drop of juice.

The yellow plums

Shiro yellow plums, also known as "spring smiles", are a jewel of nature, ripened under the generous sun of Campania. These summer gems, with their juicy, sweet pulp, are the result of a perfect marriage between the local microclimate and the nutrient-rich volcanic earth, which together give each fruit an intense flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Kiwi Hayward

The Hayward kiwi grown by Vitis Aurunca is a late autumn fruit, which retains the heat of summer in its bright and turgid pulp. Harvesting in the second half of November ensures that each kiwi is at peak ripeness, with an ideal balance of sweetness and acidity. Clementines

Vitis Aurunca clementines, sweet and juicy, begin their season at the end of November, when the cold begins to appear. Coscia Pear

The Coscia pear is one of the varieties cultivated with passion by Vitis Aurunca. This summer pear, harvested from July 10 to the end of August, is prized for its soft, juicy pulp. With its aromatic nuances and balanced sweetness, the Coscia pear is one of the varieties that enhances the tradition and innovation of the company's fruit cultivation.

Sweet Dream peaches and Western Red nectarines

Sweet Dream peaches and Western Red nectarines are Vitis Aurunca's summer treasures. Harvested from the second ten days of July until mid-September, these varieties embody the fullness of the season, with their soft and juicy pulp that melts in the mouth, releasing sweet and refreshing notes that only an Italian summer can offer.

Seedless mandarins Mandalate

Vitis Aurunca seedless Mandalate mandarins are the sweet epilogue of winter, harvested from mid-January to mid-March. Seedless and rich in juice, they offer concentrated flavor and unparalleled convenience. They are the result of careful care and selection, intended for those seeking pure freshness and uncompromising natural sweetness.

Thunder and Supernova almonds

Almonds with varieties such as Tuono and Supernova are the protagonists of Vitis Aurunca at the end of the summer, harvested between August and September. Each almond is a concentration of Mediterranean flavours, a crunchy sign of a summer that has ended, but which leaves its flavor and energy in the hands of those who collect them and those who taste them.

These fruits, an integral part of Vitis Aurunca's offer, are cultivated with a philosophy that embraces sustainability, biodiversity and respect for the landscape, providing not only nourishment but also a connection with the land and its seasons.

Once the harvest is finished, the excess fruit is not wasted but transformed into jams and marmalades, in particular pears and citrus fruits, thanks to the social cooperative "beyond dreams", where each fruit becomes the narrator of a sweet and community story.
